Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or raw honey (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the avocados
    Scoop the flesh from the avocados and place in a blender or food processor.
