Banana Oat Pancakes (No Flour)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk (any type)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour small amounts of batter onto skillet.
  4. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.
  5. Serve with berries and pure maple syrup.
