Banana Oat Pancakes (No Flour)

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk (any type)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour small amounts of batter onto skillet.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.
- Serve with berries and pure maple syrup.
