Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine quinoa, almond milk, apple, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Stir in maple syrup and walnuts.
  4. Serve warm.
