Almond Flour Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Cool before serving.
