Almond Flour Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool before serving.
