Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk for extra creaminess)
  • 1 medium apple, chopped (leave peel on for fiber)
  • Β½ frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats (soaked 5 minutes for easier digestion)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional for healthy fats)
  • Β½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
  • Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
