Berry Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup mixed berries

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener.
  2. Stir well to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir and top with fresh berries.
  5. Serve cold or warm for 30–60 seconds in the microwave.
