Berry Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup mixed berries
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener.
- Stir well to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- In the morning, stir and top with fresh berries.
- Serve cold or warm for 30–60 seconds in the microwave.
