🥗 Quinoa Power Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • Roasted veggies (broccoli, carrots)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Tahini

Instructions:

  1. Cook quinoa.
  2. Roast veggies at 400°F for 20 min.
  3. Assemble bowl and drizzle tahini.
