🥕 Raw Carrot Ginger Immunity Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine carrots and ginger in bowl.
  2. Whisk remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss well and let marinate 10 minutes.
