🥑 Raw Avocado & Cucumber Cooling Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Fresh dill or cilantro
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
