🍠 Roasted Sweet Potato Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet potato (cubed)
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • Kale
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Roast sweet potatoes at 400°F for 25 min.
  2. Cook quinoa.
  3. Assemble bowl.
